So with things wrapping up, I'm going to be doing some quick entries that take a look back at the months I have had here.
Ah March...such a long time ago. A time of wonder and discovery, a time of the unknown. A time of photobombs and chilly weather. A time of getting to know the other interns, coworkers, the bus routes, where things were, and trying to figure out how much stuff costs here relative to Canada.
We did a lot during that time. We traveled to Beijing a few times, getting to see places like the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall. We ate a lot of foods that we were trying for the first time. We struggled (some more than others) with chopsticks while eating.
Of course, we all adjusted after awhile and managed to get into a good groove. Looking back now, it's crazy to see how much we did, and how much stuff happened during that first month.
I will have an entry up tomorrow in regards to April. OK byebye.
